1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Naru Fursuit Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Tokyo, Japan. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
2. Products and Pricing
- All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized reselling.
- Product photos are for reference only. As all items are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
3. Custom Orders
- Custom-made fursuits and props are created based on the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for custom orders (measurements, design references, etc.).
- We reserve the right to refuse any custom design request at our discretion.
- Progress photos will be shared during production. Customers may request minor adjustments within reason; however, major design changes after production has started may incur additional fees.
4. Payments
- We accept payments via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards) and other methods available at checkout.
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon.
- For large custom orders, a payment plan may be arranged by contacting us directly at kirakirafursuit@gmail.com.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Naru Fursuit Studio unless otherwise stated.
- Custom designs created for customers remain the creative work of Naru Fursuit Studio. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit custom designs without written permission.
- Customers retain ownership of their original character designs and reference art provided to us.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or exploit our website
7. Limitation of Liability
Naru Fursuit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
