At Naru Fursuit Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Due to the custom nature of our work, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.


Custom / Made-to-Order Items

All custom-made items (including but not limited to fursuit heads, costumes, and personalized props) are considered final sale once production has begun. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders after the maker has started working on your item.


If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible:

- Before production starts: Full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit clearly stated at the time of purchase)

- After production starts: No refund — the order will be completed and shipped to you


Ready-to-Ship Items

For ready-to-ship (non-custom) items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

- The item is in its original packaging

- All tags and labels are still attached

- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs


Refunds for eligible ready-to-ship returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or significant damage that was not caused during shipping:

- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue

- We will assess the situation and offer one of the following: free repair, replacement, or full refund

- Shipping costs for defective item returns will be covered by us


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for ready-to-ship items and place a new order separately.

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos (if applicable)


We will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
